Most orders take between 4-6 weeks to make. We always give an estimated turnaround date, however we cant always guarantee the date as each itemis handmade. If you have a specific date the order is needed by please contact us directly and we will try our best to accommodate.

Two week express- We can sometimes offer two week express turnaround for a fee. Please contact us to find out if this is available for your item and desired arrival date.

Returns:

Due to fact that each item is handmade we unfortunately aren't able to accept any returns for our items. If you have an issue with an item, please let us know as soon as possible with photos so that we can rectify the issue.

Sizing: We make all our items in standard sizing in order to fit various performers, however, we do custom sizing too which can be selected when ordering your item.

If when you receive your item you are not completely happy with something or you have an sizing issue please contact us as soon as possible. We offer the first set of alterations for free- must be returned to us within two weeks of receiving otherwise you may be charged for your alterations . All you need to do is pay for the shipping to return to us (must be tracked) and once alterations are completed we will pay to ship back. Any other alterations after this will be charged based on what needs to be done.

International alterations still apply however both postage will be charged to the customer including any taxes/ duties/fees. 

FABRICS 
Most of our costumes are made with fabrics that are durable and stretchy, however, some products consist of fabrics that don't have stretch which are labelled in the shop. Please read the notes on each fabrics as some fabrics such as certain mermaid skirts styles are not made of stretchy material. Once we have started the order and purchased the fabric we are unable to change the fabric so please make sure you choose the right fabric for you. 

Fabric restriction-  As explained above some fabrics are not as durable and stretchy as others. We do not advise to be wear these items or driving or use with equipment that may damage or ruin the fabrics. We do not accept returns for issues with any of these so please make sure you check the fabric details before choosing. 

Under Skirts for volume 
Although we use netting and tulle to add volume to our skirts and dresses, we do suggest that you purchase an underskirt or hoop skirt in order to give a more desired effect. This can be purchased when creating your order. We offer removeable underlays and also sewn in ones.
